PayPal allows me to set up only one button, and that uses shipping rates for the Continental USA.

1. To order 1 (one) Book, use the PayPal Button.
2. For those outside the contiguous USA,  I will send a separate invoice for the remaining shipping fees.  This is the easiest way to use PayPal.

Sales Tax will be added automatically for addresses within Texas.

3. TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE BOOK, send an email to: Customer Service at Chez Crochet dot com
(Remove all spaces and use appropriate symbols for ‘at’ & ‘dot’).

Put ‘Crochet’ in the Subject line.

Include your PayPal email address, shipping address and the number of books you would like. I will send an invoice through PayPal.

You can pay with your credit card through PayPal, even if you are not a member!
Go to PayPal.com and click on the Send Money tab, and follow the step by step instructions.
At this time, this is the only way I can accept credit card payments.

1. List all the products you are interested in ordering, your mailing address, and payment preference: Money Order or Cashier's check.

2. I will send an invoice detailing total costs, including shipping, applicable sales tax, (plus any fees for international customers.) I will include my mailing address at that time.

3. Once I receive your payment through snail mail, I will ship your book(s).

* Singapore Rates:
$5.05 flat rate to VPost office in California.
Singapore residents can have their purchases from the US sent to an office in California, and the Singapore Postal service will then 'courier' the packages to their customers in Singapore. Yes, there are additional charges for this service, but it cuts the shipping rate down from $45, to only $15 USD.  You can find all the details on this service here: VPost.com/USA

There are similar courier services from Florida to Trinidad/Tobago.  Check locally for the service that best suits your needs.  I will mail your book to the address in Florida for a flat rate of $5.05.  The courier service will charge you separately.
