Back Crossed Regular Crochet Stitches
Back Crossed Single Crochet- BXSc
Work with even number of sts.
Row 1: In second ch from hk, 1 Sc and in each st across. (This first row of Sc is optional.)
Row 2: Ch 2. *Sk 1 st & Sc in next st. Slip hk behind current Sc and insert hk-from front to back, in skipped st. Work Sc as normal. Repeat from * across the row. Work a single Sc into last st of row to create an even edge.
Repeat Row 2 to create pattern.
Back Crossed Half Double Crochet- BXHdc
Work with even number of sts.

Row 2: Ch 3. *Sk 1 st & Hdc in next st. Yo, slip hk behind current Hdc and insert hk-from front to back, in skipped st. Work Hdc as normal. Repeat from * across the row. Work a single Hdc into last st of row to create an even edge.

Back Crossed Double Crochet- BXDc
Work with even number of sts.
Row 1: In second ch from hk, sc and in each st across. (This first row of Sc is optional.)
Row 2: Ch 3. *Sk 1 st & Dc in next st. Yo, slip hk behind current Dc and insert hk-from front to back, in skipped st. Work Dc as normal. Repeat from * across the row. Work a single Dc into last st of row to create an even edge.
Repeat Row 2 to create pattern.
When using this stitch in a circular pattern, it may be necessary to work a beginning and an ending stitch (2 stitches) in each stitch around the piece, to prevent it from curling.
Back Crossed Treble Crochet- BXTrc
Work with even number of sts.
Row 1: In second ch from hk, sc and in each st across. (This row of sc is optional.)
Row 2: Ch 4. *Sk 1 st & trc in next st. Yo 2 times, slip hk behind current Trc and insert hk-from front to back, in skipped st. Finish Trc as normal. Repeat from * across the row. Work a single Trc into last st of row to create an even edge.
Repeat Row 2 to create pattern.
When using this stitch in a circular pattern, you may need to work an ending and a beginning Trc (2 stitches) in each stitch to keep the piece from curling.
